About

Engineering is both discipline and craft.

I am a mechanical engineering student specializing in CAD-driven design, finite element analysis, and manufacturing optimization. My approach blends analytical rigor with an appreciation for precision and execution.

Beyond engineering, I study the cello and pursue creative and technical disciplines that demand patience and refinement. Whether designing mechanical systems or interpreting complex compositions, I value structure, iteration, and mastery.

Portfolio

Engineering Work

CAD modeling, structural analysis, and mechanical systems designed through coursework, motorsport engineering, and independent builds.

About My Engineering Work

I develop parametric mechanical systems using Siemens NX and SolidWorks through academic coursework, Rensselaer Motorsport, and independent design studies.

My focus lies in assembly design, tolerance considerations, and structural validation through FEA-driven iteration.

Current projects include the design and fabrication of a new pit cart and a fully modeled V12 engine recreation as a systems study.

Toilet Fill Valve

Recreation of a toilet fill valve assembly focused on part relationships and constraint-driven modeling.

Rensselaer Motorsport Check-In Box

Custom enclosure housing a breadboard, three LEDs, and ID reader. Designed for accessibility and modular integration.

Truss Structural Analysis

Structural optimization increased rear wing truss FOS by 1.4 through geometry refinement and stress redistribution.

Machining

Precision-machined replica built with attention to tolerances, surface finish, and dimensional control.
